Role and Responsibilities

Our team is looking for an engaged person who wants to work with production planning and cross-functional collaboration within the Integrated Production Unit (IPU). We are seeking a colleague with an agile mindset who adapts production plans to ensure efficiency, delivery reliability, and continuous improvements. The role provides the opportunity to lead, optimize, and develop processes together with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

• Plan and prioritize production to ensure high delivery performance and meet customer requirements.
• Create and drive production plans that maximize efficiency, resource utilization, and adhere to production schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the Integrated Production Unit (IPU) and adapt plans agilely in response to changes.
• Monitor performance, analyze deviations, implement improvements, and actively participate in continuous improvement projects.

Your Background

• University degree in a relevant field or 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply, Demand, Production, MRP, or Inventory Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an open-minded attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to convey clear and concise information to colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Self-driven personality with ease in building relationships.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience in production planning, SAP, and Power BI is a plus.
